The wall hanging background and moon shape are both made of wool. This wall hanging will improve your acoustics, becasue of the large size and becasue it is totally made of wool. The offwhite backside of the wall hanging is called felt, the dark brown, black and grey moon shape is rough wool. The round wool shape has different kind of sheep breed wool with different structures. All natural so no dying of the wool.
The wool is minimally treated and may contain small traces of straw or natural elements. The smell of the wall hanging and the lanolin in it is very natural.

A wool product should be shaken out outdoors a few times a year. Light, air and movement help prevent moths.
