The Halona wallhanging will be send without a bamboo stick or wooden stick becasue the wallhanging will be to large for sending with stick. It is very easy to slide a wooden stick through the tunnel at the top of the wallhanging. In the Netherlands you can buy a wooden stick in shops like Karwei, Praxis or Gamma. If you want I can send you a video for how to hang the wall hanging.
The wool is minimally treated and may contain small traces of straw or natural elements. The smell of the wall hanging and the lanolin in it is very natural.
After shipping, allow the piece attention: fluff the wool by hand to restore its texture. See this link and also for hanging instructions: https://www.halona.nl/hanging-description-for-a-perfect-textile-art-piece/
A wool product should be shaken out outdoors a few times a year. Light, air and movement help prevent moths.
